Ash Verma is supporting “The Migration Menu”, a journey from South Asia to West London that Professor James Staples and Dr Luke Heslop, world leading social anthropologists at Brunel University, London are capturing in an innovative podcast series.
The research initiative captures the experiences of restaurateurs and others about what food from their homeland means to the and why. They explore the rich array of culinary traditions that have made their way from South Asia and made anew in West London.
It is expected that the current and next series will lead to a trade book, and who know, a documentary!
